Your Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Research and Resolution: Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Accurate Documentation: Accurately document call details and maintain accurate records.
- Effective Communication: Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.
- Meeting Team Goals: Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily.

- Call Center Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 Years or Older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 Year of Work Experience: You must have at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service.
- Reliable Attendance: You must have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
- Typing Speed: You must have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Technical Requirements: You must have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, and a secure, private work area at home.
- Flexible Availability: You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
