Job Summary

As a Remote Associate with Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers both pre- and post-sales, resolving queries, offering product information, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
