About the Role: Data Entry Clerk for Energy Services Programs
As a Data Entry Clerk for our Energy Services Programs, you'll play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, log documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of our programs.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, staying engaged and informed about our programs and services.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, upholding our commitment to data protection and client confidentiality.
- Perform related work as required, demonstrating a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our team.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative or human services work.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, showcasing your ability to work with vulnerable populations.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for flexibility and consideration of diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required, highlighting our commitment to serving diverse communities.
- Proficiency in database management systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., or willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, with experience in filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding data protection principles.
