Job Overview

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Healthcare), you'll work from home and be responsible for providing customer service support, enrolling customers in mail-order pharmacy programs, and educating customers on cost-saving benefits. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring they have an authentic and positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll existing client customers in mail-order pharmacy programs
  • Educate client customers on cost-saving benefits and promote our services
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences and resolve any issues promptly
  • Utilize sales rebuttals to address customer concerns and drive sales growth

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be able to use sales rebuttals effectively and have a passion for helping others. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 20 WPM
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having experience in the healthcare industry or a related field can be beneficial. Additionally, having a background in sales or customer service in a similar environment can be an asset.
