About the Role
As a Community Management Intern at Walgreens, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences in a retail setting. Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience:
- Engage with clients and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve client issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience.
- Model and convey a clear and great client experience, including relational propensities and Walgreens administration characteristics.
- Tasks:
- Participate in a start-up and day of administration action.
- Responsible for enlisting all connected deals on doled out sales registers, including records of checking blunders, cost confirmations, things not on document, value changes, and voids.
- Helps director or right hand head supervisor in surveying request exemptions on request discharge day and aids switch operations.
- Figures out how to examine stock patterns and regulates stock administration, including requesting things, keeping stock, and exchanging stock.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in week-by-week gatherings with head supervisor or drug store administrator.
- Liable for essential division evaluating and making everyday cost changes.
- Helps with outside and inside support by guaranteeing spotless, perfect, and efficient store condition and appearance.
- Conforms to all organization approaches and techniques; keeps up with conscious associations with colleagues.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Currently starting or completing your senior year towards a four-year certification.
- Conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Readiness to work a flexible schedule, including night and end-of-week hours.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Knowledge of store stock control.
- Experience working in a retail environment.
