About the Role

As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, live chat tools, and other customer service technologies.
  • A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute, with excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.
