Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Remote

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to address their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and driving business growth through your interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat, providing timely and effective support to address their queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to our consumer product, identifying and analyzing problems, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide information, support, and guidance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage customer complaints, adverse events, and claims in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
  • Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets and achieving expected outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection, to gather information, problem-solve, and diffuse difficult situations.
  • The ability to maintain professional behavior in stressful situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens, including CRM software, ACD systems, email, and web browsers, while actively listening and entering customer information.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools.
