About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our merchants. You'll work closely with them to resolve issues related to inventory, order management, tax and compliance, and account maintenance. Your expertise and prompt support will directly impact the AbeBooks customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient support to AbeBooks merchants via email and phone.
- Assist merchants with technical issues related to inventory and order management, escalating complex issues through the proper channels.
- Offer sales tax, VAT, and compliance support to merchants.
- Meet and maintain exceptional performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and first contact resolution.
- Proactively seek solutions using critical thinking and data analysis skills, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
