About the Role: Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Wondrium, providing top-notch service to our discerning customers via phone, managing relationships, resolving complaints, and driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional inbound phone-based customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to generate additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Resolve customer complaints, answer general questions, process orders, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products.
- Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and policies to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert service to our valued customers.
- Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of inbound, phone-based customer service and sales experience.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and resources, including MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information.
- Proven customer service skills, with a track record of providing top-notch service.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a larger, highly supportive team.
- The capacity to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment.
- A background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Remote Work Requirements:
To work effectively in a remote environment, you will need:
- A secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections with minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second.
- Schedule flexibility to work the required hours, including weekends and Black Friday.
Schedule Details:
The successful candidate will be required to work:
- Hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (float shift).
- One weekend day, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (float shift).
- Black Friday (mandatory workday).
- Hours will vary between 8-40 per week, depending on call volume, with an average of 16-20 hours per week.
