About the Role: Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of Wondrium, providing top-notch service to our discerning customers via phone, managing relationships, resolving complaints, and driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional inbound phone-based customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to generate additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Resolve customer complaints, answer general questions, process orders, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs like Outlook and Excel.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and policies to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing expert service to our valued customers.
  • Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of inbound, phone-based customer service and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools and resources, including MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and accurately record information.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a track record of providing top-notch service.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a larger, highly supportive team.
  • The capacity to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment.
  • A background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Remote Work Requirements:

To work effectively in a remote environment, you will need:

  • Schedule flexibility to work the required hours, including weekends and Black Friday.

Schedule Details:

The successful candidate will be required to work:

  • Hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (float shift).
  • One weekend day, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (float shift).
  • Black Friday (mandatory workday).
  • Hours will vary between 8-40 per week, depending on call volume, with an average of 16-20 hours per week.
