Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Compassionately assisting customers with post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications
  • Handling a high volume of calls (approximately 50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced, highly organized environment
  • Meeting our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and achieving customer care proficiency metrics
  • Professionally connecting with customers, building relationships, and addressing concerns via inbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Effectively listening to and understanding customer concerns, utilizing internal resources to find the best solution
  • De-escalating customer concerns, using peace-making skills to balance customer needs with business options
  • Thinking systematically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Multitasking, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly and effectively answer questions
  • Identifying areas for improvement and offering suggestions to leadership to enhance the customer experience

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or similar
  • Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program
  • Be willing to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the screening process

Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment.
