Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Group Leader to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership and operation of our distribution center, including managing and developing a team of associates, driving business results, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $32/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve business results and drive operational excellence
• Support the leadership team in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
• Manage and develop associates to improve performance, productivity, and engagement
• Drive business results, including meeting customer needs and achieving operational metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics environment
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management
