Job Summary

As a Customer Care Professional, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to American Express clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer care by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and organized manner.
  • Accurately document vital record information according to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all Administrative and Compliance regulations related to servicing and sales practices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • At least two years of customer care experience, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work in an electronic environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; educational benefits are available.
  • Active working hours for this position are Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in purchasing or working in a private business setting is an asset.
  • This position will work in a hybrid model from the Phoenix Desert Edge Service Center. Depending on business needs, training may be held 100% on-site or virtually. After the initial 90 days, candidates will work within the hybrid model.
