Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will work in a remote setting, providing support to customers via phone and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
