Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
