Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight planning and scheduling processes. Key Responsibilities
- Flight Planning and Scheduling: Create and manage flight schedules, routes, and timetables for domestic and international flights.

- Flight Operations Support: Provide critical support to our flight operations team, ensuring that all flights are properly planned and executed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including flight dispatchers, pilots, and other operations team members.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all data is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., data entry, customer service, or operations) is preferred.
