Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in North America! As a critical member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch support, and advocating for their needs across all our products. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Incoming Requests: Triage and respond to customer inquiries according to our Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Escalate Incidents: Identify and escalate complex incidents to our Operations team, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution.
- Create Support Resources: Develop high-quality tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center, empowering customers to get the most out of our solutions.
- Be the Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, and championing their needs across all products.
- Investigate and Test: Investigate and replicate bugs, test new features, and provide valuable feedback to our product team.
- Collect Feedback: Gather customer feedback and channel it back to our product team, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Share Your Passion: Demonstrate your enthusiasm for professional sports and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Requirements and Qualifications
