**Experienced Full-Time Data Analyst - Cutting Edge Results Program with Leading Edge Technologies and Collaborative Environment**
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in the Cutting Edge Results Program, a dynamic and innovative initiative that helps school districts achieve and sustain new levels of performance. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, building, operationalizing, and maintaining data for each individual test region, cycle, and BTR team you support. You will utilize various approaches to data transformation and visualization to deliver meaningful insights to BTR teams throughout a 10-week program.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with DMGroup's internal Advanced Results team to identify, record, and assemble data dashboards based on data requirements for various clients;
- Perform data transformation to prepare source data for effective data visualization in BTR data dashboards;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various clients and BTR programs;
- Ensure timely, state-of-the-art, and accurate representation of data to support Advancement team analysis of their work and progress against objectives;
- Support BTR dashboard clients (e.g., DMGroup Inside team, Performance Coaches) in the effective utilization of dashboards for each BTR program;
- Collaborate with BTR Partners to address data and data dashboards requests and ensure timely resolution of data-related issues for your specific projects;
- Support ad-hoc analysis to understand trends or additional insights across datasets before, during, and after BTR program cycles;
- Work with internal BTR colleagues to continuously improve our products by aiding in the identification of issues and improvements, performing root cause analysis, and collaboratively designing and developing solutions through iterative cycles.
Key Skills and Competencies
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of work experience in Data Analysis;
- Expertise in data transformation, visualization, and dashboard development;
- Excellent project management, organizational, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills;
- Outstanding analytical skills with experience handling data and conducting statistical analyses with a variety of technology tools/platforms (e.g., Talend, Pentaho, Sheets/Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Toucan Toco, etc.);
- Strong quality assurance practices, ownership, and pride in deliverables to ensure alignment with, and progress of our clients;
- Ability to collaborate with client data colleagues to serve project needs;
- Capacity to quickly grasp client requirements and translate raw data into clear, meaningful information and insights;
- Self-starter with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change typical in start-up phase product development and implementation environments;
- Strong communication with a demonstrated ability to effectively adapt to audiences at all levels and across all disciplines within an organization;
- Collaborative person with experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven, cross-functional team, with high-performing, highly energetic individuals.
