We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving common issues related to our clients' products and services.About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:- Furnish customer support via incoming and outgoing calls, as well as through the internet, using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
