We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering value to our customers and ensuring an exceptional client experience. About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers who communicate with our contact center through phone, email, or chat. You'll work independently in a fast-paced team setting, handling incoming calls and resolving issues efficiently to minimize driver/client time. Your goal will be to strive for first call resolution, exhibit empathy during interactions, and provide solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide service to customers via telephone, chat, and email regarding first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing inquiries.
* Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues.
* Strive for first call resolution.
* Exhibit applicable empathy during interactions, to ensure a superior customer experience.
* Assess customer needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
* Work effectively in a team environment, and when needed, provide back-up support for administrative tasks.
* Regularly attend work during scheduled shift.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
* Considers and appropriately incorporates perspectives from others.
* Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

* Access to a high-speed internet connection.
* Ability to attend in-office training, meetings, and events.
