As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. You'll be the face of Chewy, providing personalized support and solutions to our customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide personalized support and solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products and services

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn our proprietary software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, pet health, and wellness services
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
