•    Lead a team responsible for the strategic direction of frontline training in support of operational excellence, customer service, and team member readiness, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational realities.
•    Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure strategies are practical and executable across training centers and in-station environments.
•    Ensure training strategies are integrated into all key operational initiatives by partnering with Change Management, Policy & Procedures, Strategy, and Technology teams to ensure training is proactively included as a critical enabler of successful execution.
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration and prioritization with Development, Delivery, and LMS teams to ensure cohesive and aligned training initiatives.
•    Direct the full scope of training programs—including on-the-job training (OJT) and location-specific practices—to maintain consistency, operational relevance, and performance impact.
•    Ensure all training programs meet regulatory, safety, and operational compliance standards.
•    Implement effective, measurable training programs aligned with organizational goals, enhancing safety, compliance, customer service, reliability, and efficiency.
•    Continuously assess training program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine and enhance outcomes.
•    Continuously improve training strategies by analyzing outcomes, identifying scalable practices, and refining future approaches.
•    Monitor team productivity and resource utilization to ensure efficient execution of training initiatives Support team growth through clear performance expectations, measurement, and constructive feedback.
