High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 6+ months of behavioral health financial experience 6+ months of experience in prior authorization, insurance and benefit verification and/or reputed company-Registration activities in reputed company business/office setting Intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company Office products Must be 18 years of age or older
Associate or Vocational degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, reputed company Health, or reputed company Field of Study reputed company experience Experience with insurance and benefit verification and/or reputed company-Registration activities in reputed company business/office setting Experience working with clinical staff Experience working with clinical documentation Experience working with a patient’s clinical medical record
Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environments
