Remote Customer Care Rep - North Carolina
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Customer Care Rep - North Carolina to fill a job opening. This role is remote but you must live in North Carolina.
Daily Responsibilities for Remote Customer Care Rep - North Carolina:
• In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members better understand their coverage and options. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types as our business is changing and evolving. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. You will have the opportunity to learn more about health care, while expanding your own experiences, and opening doors to additional opportunities!
• We offer Work from Home flexibility if you meet the criteria. Work from Home criteria includes but is not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program.
• The shifts for this position are Monday to Friday, with these shift options (in EST): 8am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, and 12:15pm to 8:45am. Training will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm for 6+ weeks
• This is a 6-month contract role, with perm potential
Required Qualifications for Remote Customer Care Rep - North Carolina:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) but healthcare is highly preferred
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Work from home capabilities
