Daily Responsibilities for Remote Customer Care Rep - reputed company Carolina: • In this role, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans reputed company incoming phone calls. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members reputed company understand their coverage and reputed company. You will have reputed company to service a reputed company of clients and reputed company types as our business is changing and evolving. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. You will have reputed company to learn more about health care, while expanding your own experiences, and opening doors to additional opportunities! • We offer Work from Home flexibility if you meet the reputed company. Work from Home reputed company includes but is not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. • The shifts for this position are Monday to Friday, with these shift reputed company (in EST): reputed company to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm, 11am to 7:30pm, and 12:15pm to 8:45am.
