WFH Online Chat Agent
Job Description:
Lehman Website Design and Marketing is looking for a WFH Online Chat Agent to join our team. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via online chat to provide information and assist with inquiries
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities as appropriate
• Maintain a high level of customer service and positive customer interactions
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
Essential Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.
Salary & Benefits:
• Minimum Salary: $34,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $75,000 per year
• Currency: USD
