Retail Operations Associate Job Summary of Retail Operations Associate: This position supports Burlington Stores by ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed, and stocked for customer access. It requires individuals who are hands-on, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork and process efficiency. The role is essential in maintaining a seamless merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Operations Associate: • Undertake the handling of incoming shipments, moving packages from the shipping/receiving destination to the warehouse. • Perform the processing, ticketing, storing, moving, and displaying of merchandise with efficiency and accuracy. • Stock and arrange new items on the sales floor in an organized and visually appealing manner. • Assist with any other responsibilities designated by store supervisors.
