About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the United States. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and be part of a virtual team. You will report to our Sales Manager and be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt, clear, and accurate manner, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
- Utilize various technologies, including phone, email, database inquiries, and Zoom, to serve customer needs and provide support.
- Document customer interactions, orders, and feedback to ensure accurate records and drive continuous service improvements.
- Develop expertise in our products and services, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively identify solutions, gather information, troubleshoot, and problem-solve to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine problem areas and drive continuous service improvements.
- Take a self-empowered approach, thinking on your feet to resolve every issue and always follow through.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior phone sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, SLACK, and Google SUITE (preferred but not essential).
- Fast internet and computer speed and capability to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- Proven experience working remotely and with virtual teams.
- A kind, friendly, genuine, motivated, proactive, and self-starting attitude.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to surpass KPI and revenue goals.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, always behaving positively and professionally.
