Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in interfacing with client customers via calls and the internet, providing service support, and resolving routine problems regarding client products and/or services. This on-site role is based in our Lake Mary, FL location, and we're seeking a talented and driven sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers via inbound calls prompted by sales materials, maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call, utilizing script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Work rotational shifts as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Essential Qualifications
- A High School Diploma and/or GED is required.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
- Live within a 40-mile radius of our Lake Mary, FL site.
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills are essential.
- Internet speeds of 10mbps for downloads and 5mbps for uploads are required.

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a focus on inbound sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
