As a Material Expert, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with other departments to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and logs of inventory and supplies
• Coordinate with various Technical Operations Groups to deliver aircraft parts and materials
• Perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, shipping, checking, ordering, issuing, inspecting, storing, and warehousing supplies, tools, and materials
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain records and reports associated with inventory management
• Deliver parts and materials to the maintenance department and ground equipment support division
• Assemble and/or construct loading containers, racks, and decks using required power tools when necessary
• Drive motor vehicles to pick up and deliver parts, equipment, materials, and tools as assigned
• Attend initial and ongoing training to stay up-to-date on knowledge, information, and equipment
• Work collaboratively as part of a lean staff team serving cities operated by the airline
• Wear visual identification as required by the Company for ready recognition

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S.
• No current or future work authorization sponsorship available
• Ability to meet physical capacity requirements listed in the job description
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
• Familiarity with lean principles and practices
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
