Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to achieve on-time performance goals and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans
• Coach and develop Flight Attendants to reach and exceed expected performance levels, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service
• Conduct fact-finding and investigation meetings, and manage grievance processes in a timely and accurate manner
• Hire and terminate Flight Attendants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Promote safety and compliance with all regulatory and Company requirements, maintaining a strong safety culture
• Interpret contract language and apply it to day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution
• Maintain accurate employment files and ensure direct reports understand and apply customer service standards
• Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and leadership direction, driving a customer-centric culture
• Perform line checks on-board revenue flights, conducting delay investigations and analyzing key metrics and performance indicators
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to handle irregular operations and flight interruptions

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Flight Attendant
• Minimum two (2) years' experience managing people
• Minimum one (1) year experience managing in a union environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
• Pass a Criminal Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with a dispersed workforce
• Ability to handle a large internal and external client base
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
