Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations Oversight: Provide administration, maintenance, and support for assigned software applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Application Enhancement: Perform minor enhancements to applications using advanced programming languages such as Java or .Net.
- Issue Resolution: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software application products hosted on-premise and in the Cloud.
- ServiceNow Support: Provide day-to-day support for IT personnel and the business, facilitating changes within the Incident and Request modules in ServiceNow.
- Problem Management: Identify recurring issues, provide recommendations to eliminate or reduce trends, and facilitate the management and resolution of complex incidents/problems.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis follow-up, thoroughly document RCA details, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Transition Management: Ensure smooth transitions from system changes/updates and projects into daily operations.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Participate in Disaster Recovery and IT Business Continuity processes and policies.
- Documentation and SLA Management: Create and maintain technical and end-user support documentation, and meet technical and business SLAs.
- After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support for supporting applications as required.
Essential Qualifications
- IT Operations Experience: 3+ years of IT Operations experience in support, maintenance, and administration.
- Programming Skills: 2+ years of hands-on experience in one of the advanced programming languages such as Java or .Net.
- Microsoft Office Tools: Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Operating Systems: Experience with operating systems (i.e., Microsoft and Linux).
- ServiceNow and JIRA: Experience utilizing ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Cloud and SaaS Experience: Experience managing Cloud and SaaS products.
- Technology Audits: Experience with performing technology audits.
- SQL and Database Experience: Experience writing SQL, and familiarity with MS SQL Server and Oracle DB.
- Merchandising Experience: Experience in Merchandising as it relates to Retail systems.
- Application Architecture: Familiarity with application/integration layer, microservice architecture, and Dev Ops.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert Microsoft Office Skills: Expert-level expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
- Development Experience: Development experience is a plus.
- Retail Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the Retail Industry.
- ITIL Certificate: ITIL Certificate is desirable.
- Merchandising Systems Experience: 3+ years of experience in Merchandising systems, including RMS, RETEK, PLM, and Merchandising Planning.
- Procure-To-Pay and Other Systems Experience: Experience with Procure-To-Pay systems, Sourcing and Compliance systems, Enterprise Reporting and Planning systems, Pricing & Promotion systems, and Merchandise Optimization Tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $93,000 based on experience, plus bonus and RSUs. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
