Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for any issues reported within Corporate standards, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Utilize the Intune console to assist with managing iPads, making configuration changes under the guidance of Intune administrators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof of concept exercises, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Perform duties as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Consistently document and troubleshoot reported issues, leveraging creative thinking to resolve complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with Corporate and IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and refine verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Comply with defined ITIL processes, maintaining a high level of service quality and consistency.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience supporting iPads, navigating the Intune console, and making configuration changes under the guidance of Intune administrators.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow, demonstrating familiarity with IT service management platforms.
