Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage listings on multiple channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality content.
- Respond to guest inquiries within 10 minutes or less, 24/7, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our guests.
- Sync listings across all channels to prevent double bookings and ensure seamless calendar management.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple listings simultaneously.
- Maintain high performance standards, adhering to our quality and service expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 5-star super host on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and Booking.com, with a strong understanding of the short-term rental industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical skills: proficiency in creating and managing listings, syncing calendars, and using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong self-motivation and discipline.
