Our SMB Sales team is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships within assigned geographic territories. As an Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in this effort, working closely with customers to understand their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives.
  • Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working closely with customers to tailor recommendations that meet their business requirements.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training opportunities and feedback from leadership.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.

The total target cash pay range for this role is $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives. The base pay range is $43,080 - $77,640. The actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
