The Role: Account Manager, Compliance Dashboard

As an Account Manager for our Compliance Dashboard team, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring timely responses to client needs. Your expertise and enthusiasm will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering a culture of collaboration within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency points of contact, ensuring timely responses to client needs and objectives.
  • Training and Support: Conduct adviser and employer training via webinar and in-person presentations, empowering clients to maximize the benefits of our Compliance Dashboard.
  • Proactive Outreach: Engage with advisor clients to encourage adoption and utilization of our Compliance Dashboard, driving business growth and expansion.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to develop new business within your existing adviser portfolio, collaborating with our Sales Department to drive growth.
  • Implementation Support: Support Account Executives on national client implementations and collaborate with the Sales Department on small and regional new client implementations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Clearly communicate any setbacks or successes related to client accounts, working closely with the Team Lead or Account Executive to ensure seamless execution.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a professional office environment or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging webinar and group presentations.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work in a team-centric environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Willingness to learn compliance topics and stay up-to-date with industry news and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account Management or Sales Experience: Prior experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Employee Benefits or HR Experience: Experience in the employee benefits or HR industry, with a deep understanding of the complex landscape of benefits compliance.

What We Offer

At Businessolver, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $78,000 per year, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
