Job Overview

In this full-time role, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote workdays. As an AHS Specialist, you will be the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners, providing dedicated support to Sellers and helping them navigate our platform. Your goal will be to deliver sustainable results that improve Sellers' performance while ensuring compliance with Amazon's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication with Sellers, department management, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of issues and resolution of complex cases.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light while managing sensitive issues.
  • Utilize excellent time-management skills, working independently and using departmental resources, policies, and procedures to achieve goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts as needed and maintaining acceptable performance metrics.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  • Liaise with other departments as required to resolve Seller issues and questions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Business-proficient fluency in written and verbal English and Portuguese.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and alternative start-end times.
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written and verbal responses.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
  • 12 months of experience in a customer service environment, preferably within a contact center.
  • Strong soft skills, with the ability to effectively communicate for win-win solutions.
