About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven International Security Agent to join our team. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a security specialist, you will have the forefront responsibility of ensuring the security of all American Airlines passengers, crew, and aircraft. Your strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas will drive success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of all American Airlines passengers, crew, and aircraft
• Be trained and involved in all aspects of the Global Security Program, including passenger screening, baggage security, catering, ramp, and aircraft security
• Use wise judgment and be ready to respond consistently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in security

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Proficiency in English and the local language
• A strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
