Position Summary
The Analyst, Resource Planning will play a critical role in supporting our resource planning functions across multiple lines of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring telephonic systems, adjusting staff to ensure performance goals are met, managing employee data via Verint WFM and other databases, and researching and supporting operational staffing adjustments to maximize employee efficiency. The Analyst will also assist with forecasting/scheduling all functions, including phone and offline/back-office functions within a multi-site environment, and determine appropriate workload to complete any intraday/real-time monitoring of statistics and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor telephonic systems and adjust staff to ensure performance goals are met
- Manage employee data via Verint WFM and other databases
- Research and support operational staffing adjustments to maximize employee efficiency
- Assist with forecasting/scheduling all functions, including phone and offline/back-office functions within a multi-site environment
- Determine appropriate workload to complete any intraday/real-time monitoring of statistics and schedules
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business needs and objectives that support the organization's goals and key deliverables
- Develop strategies and plans to meet the goals and key deliverables that drive organizational growth
- Analyze complex data and interpret the information to help make informed decisions that support the organization's growth and development
- Leverage statistical models and resource management software to generate accurate demand forecasts that help optimize resource planning efforts
- Research and analyze industry trends and regulations to ensure organizational compliance
- Assess resource availability and monitor usage patterns to provide recommendations for enhancing resource allocation efficiency
- Communicate effectively, conveying information and progress to internal and external stakeholders and senior management to achieve the organization's key objectives
- Support area staff to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
- Monitor and evaluate business resource planning processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in a customer service environment with actual experience in workforce management
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred
