About the Role
As an Apple Support College Program At Home Advisor, you will be the face of Apple, delivering exceptional customer experiences and support for our wide range of products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and iMacs. You will work independently from the comfort of your home, using your technical expertise, creativity, and our established troubleshooting process to address customer needs. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to Apple customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively communicate with customers, adapting your communication style to suit diverse audiences and ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and taking ownership of the customer experience, ensuring thorough issue resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in at least one course at a four-year accredited university in the U.S., pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, until December of 2025 or later.
- Preference for majors in technical, business, or communications fields.
- A GPA of 2.7 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology and a desire to enhance technical skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving tools and processes.
- Experience with iOS devices, smartphones, tablets, PCs, or Macs.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for acquiring technical troubleshooting skills, along with an eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability for a nine-week part-time virtual training program on a fixed schedule, which may include weekends (summer training schedules may vary).
- Flexibility to work three to four-hour shifts on weekdays between 4:00 p.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, and one eight-hour shift on weekends, primarily Saturdays, between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including holidays.
- Capacity to adjust weekly hours during non-school periods based on business demands.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessment and background check.
- Successful completion of initial training.
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute while engaging with customers.
- Access to a quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk.
- A hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps, along with latency of less than 150 ms.
- Wireless connection to Apple equipment is prohibited.
