About the Role
As an Appointment Setter with WeCare Connect, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by scheduling appointments to secure new customers across the United States and Canada. This part-time position, working 25 hours per week, involves taking company-provided leads, making a high volume of cold calls, and scheduling informational phone meetings. If you enjoy talking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and are goal-oriented, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Professional Communication Skills: Leverage your written and phone-based communication skills to help WeCare Connect expand its client base and secure new customers.
- Research and Identify Potential Clients: Conduct research to identify potential target clients and make high-volume calls (600+ per week) to contact prospective clients.
- Schedule Informational Meetings: Secure informational meetings with prospective clients and document all required sales and lead activities in our software.
- Display Professional Telephone Etiquette: Maintain professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
- Meet Performance Targets: Schedule a minimum of 4 meetings per week and strive to exceed performance targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as an Appointment Setter with WeCare Connect, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Enjoy talking on the phone and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive Attitude and Goal-Oriented: Have a positive attitude, be goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Be able to work independently with self-guided training and have a high comfort level with general PC, Internet operation, email, and chat technologies.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Sales Experience: Have previous sales or sales appointment setting experience.
- Business Background: Be a business professional looking to work from home or a stay-at-home mom with business and/or sales experience.
- Direct Sales Experience: Be a direct sales professional or a college student with a business or marketing focus.
