Job Summary
As an Appointment Setter (Bilingual) at Workwarp, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, offering our products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will also be required to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, provide product information and assistance, and meet weekly goals and targets. This is a contract position for the first six months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Customer Interaction:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to offer our products and services, gather feedback, and provide product information.
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Contact prospects via phone or email to introduce our products and services.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed.
- Professional Networking:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to build professional relationships and networks.
- Meet outbound call goals and targets.
- Prospect & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Train and educate new sales team members on product details.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management on a weekly basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration is required.
- Language Skills: Clear English language skills are essential, and Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and sales software/tools, as well as Excel, is required.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude is necessary for success.
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of outbound call experience in sales or customer service is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Social Media Marketing: Experience with social media marketing and content creation on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram is preferred.
- Appointment Setter Skills: Good phone etiquette and appointment setter skills are preferred.
