Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager with a PMP certification to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance for all personnel assigned to the project, performance of work, and compliance and quality control. You will also provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all activities as necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce: Develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions: acquire, develop, employ, and retain.
- Provide oversight and guidance: Ensure compliance and quality control for all personnel assigned to the project, performance of work, and deliverables.
- Analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support: Provide support to all activities as necessary, including bi-weekly program reviews with clients.
- Travel: Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
- Collaboration and communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data and develop reports to inform talent management initiatives and strategic planning.
Essential Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
- PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Education: Master's degree and five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. In lieu of a master's degree, 10 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense and a bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge and experience: Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations, including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain). Extensive knowledge of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
- Clearance: Secret clearance is required.

- Experience with talent management software: Experience with talent management software, including HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Leadership experience: Proven leadership experience in a project management role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
