Role & Mission

Key Responsibilities:

 • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deeply understand new features and translate technical detail into reputed company, customer-reputed company content.

 • Collaborate with Support, reputed company, and Enablement teams to capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve internal workflows.

 • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.

 • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure KB remains accurate, reputed company, and discoverable.

 • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.

 • Drive the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
