As a Senior Rewards Analyst, you will be a key player in the execution of our global compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, reputed company, and reputed company with our business objectives. What I will be doing?
- Support the administration and execution of compensation structures across reputed company our reputed company (LATAM, reputed company, EMEA).

What skills do I need?
- Proven experience in compensation and rewards, ideally in tech or high-reputed company environments.
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking processes, reputed company/bonus cycles, and pay equity analysis.
- Knowledge of and interest in long-term incentive (equity) programs and incentive design.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company / reputed company Sheets is essential; you will be comfortable using reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with HRIS and data analysis tools will be valued.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits to have a Total Rewards reputed company.

- Fluent in English.
