About the Role: Social Media Customer Support Representative

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of Disney across various social media platforms, delivering enchanting experiences to our audience. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns with a touch of Disney magic. Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customers.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficient in navigating and engaging on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Disney products and services, including but not limited to Disney+, Disney Parks, and Disney Consumer Products.
