Key Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Develop strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and patients
- Participate in stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications
- Maintain knowledge of company asset security practices and report any discrepancies or issues
- Assist pharmacists in administering medical services, including collecting and labeling blood/urine samples and coordinating medical services
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy operations, customer service, and employee conduct
Essential Qualifications
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and other administrative tasks
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with Walgreens
- Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy systems and software
- Knowledge of store inventory management practices
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
