Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and other administrative tasks
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with Walgreens
• Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
