About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you will be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy customers, engaging directly with them via inbound calls and other communication platforms to address a variety of topics. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their questions, concerns, and issues via inbound calls and other communication platforms
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and follow up as needed to ensure issues are resolved
  • Provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and ensure their needs are met

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of pets and their parents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medical terminology
  • Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
