Job Overview: Customer Care Professional

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information, recommending tailored solutions, and providing relevant offers that deepen customer engagement with our products and services. Your goal will be to deliver extraordinary customer care, resolve product or service inquiries, and grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a private and quiet area dedicated to your work, and a reliable internet connection of at least 25 mbps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
  • Evaluate and analyze account information and recommend tailored solutions to our customers, reinforcing the benefits of membership by providing relevant offers that deepen customer engagement with our products and services
  • Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction, resulting in measurable customer value
  • Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience, with at least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent company
  • A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or college undergraduate degree
  • Successful performance in your previous role, with a track record of being a high performer
  • A reliable internet connection of at least 25 mbps and a private and quiet area to work from home
  • Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience being measured on Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) or NPS (Net Promoter Score), as well as AHT (Average Handling Time) from your most recent company
  • Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building
  • Premium customer service experience and/or sales experience, with a focus on value generation and consultative selling
