Job Overview and Responsibilities

  • Working with confidential and private information, ensuring accuracy and discretion at all times
  • Transferring data from various sources and formats into specified spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
  • Leveraging proprietary software to generate final and renewal quote sheets
  • Generating Sales Proposal documents through Salesforce and HelloSign
  • Verifying all data required for quoting is received and communicating the need for additional or missing documentation through Salesforce

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • The ability to handle periods of high volume in a fast-paced work environment
  • A desire to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic Excel knowledge and proficiency in using spreadsheets
