Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Operations team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards, and review equity transaction activity to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation
- Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field. Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred. You should also have a demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, and an understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers.
