Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and reservation support to users of the Disney Resorts website. You will be the primary point of contact for Walt Disney World guests and cast members who wish to make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, or have general questions about these areas. As a WDW Resorts Customer Support Contractor, you will have the opportunity to assist existing and new WDW guests in matching their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and reservation support to Disney guests and cast members via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, and other Disney products and services
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly recommendations to guests about Disney products and services
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment and meet productivity and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to guests

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
